Daily general ledger reports
Axiom Financial Institutions Suite now offers improved real-time reporting. These reports are now capable of providing comparative daily reporting for current day to:

These reports support comparative daily reporting:

Trial balance by ACCT

Income statement report

Balance sheet report
What: General ledger summary data is loaded on a daily basis. The data can be imported manually from the Command Center or using scheduler job to load the data on set days of the week at a set time.
Where: Administrators will use Import GL data, located in Financial Reporting on the Command Center, and GL & budget import settings, located in System Administration Load Data in the Command Center, to define and set up the data import loads.
Who: Administrators will use the Command Center to set up the daily data imports.
How: Administrators perform three distinct tasks to prepare and load data for the daily general ledger reports:

Create the daily load file using the specifications in GL Summary Data specifications.

Specify the load file using the Load Data tab on the Financial Reporting page, accessed from the Command Center.

Specify the utility and directory for the data load on the GL & Budget imports tab in the Load Data section on the System Administration page, accessed from the "Command Center.
